I am a CPA here in Oklahoma City who left the IRS in 2001 after nearly 20 years of service. In my time with the IRS, I worked in just about every office and division you can name, with interactions with a wide variety of taxpayers ranging from professional individuals to high-profile corporations. I negotiated across the table with most of the tax professionals and attorneys I now work with on the same side of the table. But I'd done all I thought I could do with the IRS and it was time for me to move on to bigger and better things. I took a leap of faith, submitted my resignation, began my own accounting and tax practice and never looked back. We provide accounting, auditing and tax preparation services, as well as representation before the IRS and the Oklahoma Tax Commission. My client list includes individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLCS, corporations and non-profits of all sizes. From working the other side of the table, I know what taxpayers need when it comes to reporting their financial activity to whatever groups require that information: owners, boards of directors, lenders, governmental authorities, etc. I know that my clients need these services performed professionally, accurately, quickly, and for a fair fee.
